C4 is offering a $500 scholarship to a graduating Cape Cod high school senior who has been accepted and is entering college in the fall of 2024. The student must plan to major in physical therapy or sports medicine, or another major related to physical health or activity (ex., chiropractic medicine, nutritionist/dietitian, athletic training, exercise science, etc). Our selection criteria for this scholarship will be based on an applicant’s service to the community and family, participation in high school activities, and academic performance. The scholarship is not need-based and does not require any financial information to be furnished. Applications are due by April 1st, 2024.
